Erik Odom | Erik Odom, made a dramatic turnaround this past weekend by overcoming a major problem when he had to pull the motor out friday night and got it back together for 1st round qualifying. Odom, made it to the final round and the runner-up spot in Real Street on Sunday at California Speedway in Fontana, CA."I just want to say thanks to Bert, Rich, Patrick and Dave for helping me pull the motor out friday night and getting it back together for 1st round qualifying. It was an all nighter but it was worth it. O yea after listening to heavy metal music all night which was new for me, it took me 3 hours to fall asleep the guitars kept ringing in my head."

Erik Odom had mechanical problems and was only able to run 16.179 @ 48.17mph. The winner was Gil Nevarez.

I appreciate all the guys helping me get the car on the trailer and coming over to see if I was O.K. Also wanted to thank everyone that helped me to get the car to finally run some good numbers. Williams' in the final round of Limited Street | In the final round of Limited
Street, Craig Williams bounced off the right wall at mid
track, and ended up in the left lane. His car suffered
major damage, but Craig is okay. The winner was Robby Klostriech
9.305 @ 150.73mph who was also the #1 qualifier in his
class. |
